PGH's pet hotel is a row of private, air-conditioned rooms on the ground floor of Main Place Mall. Supervised play time, twice-daily disinfection, WhatsApp updates and 24-hour mall security. Dogs and cats welcome.

Every guest has their own air-conditioned, glass-fronted room with a bed, bowls and, for cats, litter and a scratching tree.
Play zone, no extra charge
Supervised time out of the room to stretch, sniff and socialise.
Disinfected twice a day
Rooms are cleaned and disinfected morning and evening, with UV sterilising light.
Strict flea, tick and mite control
Prevention is compulsory on check-in so every guest stays protected.
24-hour security
Main Place Mall is guarded around the clock. Staff also have CCTV monitoring.
Updates while you are away
Ask for photo or video updates on WhatsApp and the team will send them during the stay.
VIP pick-up jockey area
Drop off and collect at the mall's jockey area for a quick, calm handover.
Day care
Same rooms and play time without the overnight. Cats RM15, dogs RM35 per day, collect by 8pm.

Read before booking. Full terms are agreed at check-in.
- Bookings are confirmed on full payment in advance.
- Check-out is by 8pm the following day. Day care also checks out by 8pm.
- Please bring your pet's own food so their diet stays the same.
- Flea, tick and mite prevention is applied on check-in and is compulsory.
- PGH may decline pets showing fleas, ticks, mites, illness, injury or aggression.
- Payments are non-refundable. Different conditions may apply during peak seasons.
- Owners consent to emergency medical care if required and bear its cost.
Common questions
- What should I bring for my pet's stay?
- Your pet's own food for the whole stay, so their diet does not change. A familiar blanket or toy is welcome. Flea, tick and mite prevention is applied on check-in.
- Can I get updates while I'm away?
- Yes. Ask at check-in and the team will send photo or video updates on WhatsApp during the stay.
- What are check-in and check-out times?
- Check-out is by 8pm the following day. Day care guests also check out by 8pm. Late collections are charged as an extra night.
- Do you take cats and dogs together?
- Cats and dogs have their own rooms and play-zone time is supervised, so each guest is only with suitable company.
- How do I confirm a booking?
- Message +6010 203 6088 with dates and your pet's details. Bookings are confirmed on full payment in advance. Peak periods such as school holidays, Chinese New Year and Raya fill up early.
- Is there a discount for long stays?
- The RM500 credit package gives you RM550 to spend on stays, day care and grooming. Customised packages for long stays are available in store.
- Do you offer day care?
- Yes. Cats RM15 and dogs RM35 per day, same rooms and play time, collect by 8pm.
