Common questions

What time can I drop off and collect?

Drop off during opening hours, from 10am Tuesday to Sunday, and collect by 7pm the same day. Mondays are by appointment only on WhatsApp.

What does day care include?

Your pet's own air-conditioned room for the day, supervised play-zone time, and a room cleaned and disinfected twice a day. Ask for photo or video updates on WhatsApp.

Are dogs and cats kept apart?

Yes. Cats and dogs have separate rooms and play-zone time is supervised, so cats are never mixed with dogs.

Does my pet need vaccinations for day care?

Day care follows the same terms as boarding, including the vaccination record and flea, tick and mite rules.

Should I bring food?

Yes, if your pet eats during the day. Bring their usual food so their diet stays the same.

Is day care a good trial before a long stay?

For anxious pets, yes. A day-care session lets them learn the room, the smells and the staff before a longer boarding stay.

Can I use the credit package for day care?

Yes. Pay RM500 and get RM550 of credit to spend on stays, day care and grooming.

Busy day? Drop them with us.

Message us on WhatsApp with your pet's breed and what you need. We reply during opening hours, Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm. Mondays are by appointment.
