The exact product list changes. A brand appearing in the shop does not mean every product from that brand is available, suitable for every species or appropriate for a medical condition.

Which pet-food brands are available?

PGH currently lists Bravery, Cesar and Wanpy among the food or treat brands, alongside other pet-care brands. Ask the team to check the species, life stage, flavour and pack size rather than relying on the brand name alone. For food advice, see our guides to best cat food in Malaysia and best dog food in Malaysia.

Do not use a dog flea product on a cat. Advantix contains permethrin, which is toxic to cats. Ask a vet or the PGH team to confirm that a parasite product is labelled for your pet's species and weight.

Do you sell cat litter?

Yes. Cat litter is one of the shop categories. The range and pack sizes change, so send the brand or material you prefer before coming. If your cat is particular, bring a photo of the current bag or describe whether you need clumping, low-dust, unscented or plant-based litter. Our cat litter guide explains how to compare the options.

Can I buy supplies for a new puppy or kitten?

Yes, the shop categories cover the basics: food, bowls, collars, leashes, harnesses, beds, toys, toiletries and grooming tools. The right size matters. A kitten needs a safe breakaway collar if it wears one; a puppy needs a correctly fitted harness or collar and a lead that will not slip over the head. Ask the team to help check the fit before you leave.

Where is the shop and when is it open?

PGH is inside Main Place Mall at GF-22A, Ground Floor, Jalan USJ 21/10, Persiaran Kewajipan, 47630 Subang Jaya. The current public hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm; Monday is by appointment only. Check the location page for directions and parking information.

Can I reserve or order items on WhatsApp?

Message PGH before travelling with the item, brand, size and quantity you want. The team can confirm current stock and explain the available collection or ordering arrangement. Do not assume that an item shown in a shelf photo is still available or that every product can be delivered.

Prices checked October 2026. Shop stock, prices and ordering arrangements should be confirmed before purchase.
